I purchased this for my Sigma 50-200 lens (74.4x102.2 mm/2.9x4.0 in). Length-wise it was a perfect fit. Width-wise it is a little too wide, not snug. The pouch itself is awesome! Superior quality, very well done. I like the clip and the sturdy bottom insert. Very happy with my purchase.
