Excellent customer service! Wrote company on the weekend (Sunday I believe) that the window holes on piece #5 were reversed in production and I needed a replacement. Within the hour (again, on a Sunday) I received a reply that it would be taken care of next week. By Wednesday I received my replacement.

This is not my first order with them; I have purchased their products through one of their distributors for 14 of our studio’s lens. They work so well that I will not allow any L series lens leave the studio on assignment without a LensCoat and TravelCoat to protect them.
