The LensCoat Hoodie helps protect the front element of your lens from dirt, dust, moisture and impact. The neoprene Hoodie fits easily and snugly around your lens hood or shade in either the shooting position or reversed. The Hoodie features a reinforced removable front element protection disc made from rigid plastic and firm foam to further protect your glass from damage. Great for travel and storing your lenses.

The X Large fits lens hoods from 4.75" to 5.25" in diameter.

I had purchased an old Nikon 400mm ED f/3.5 IF which came with no case or caps. The front of the lens is quite large and the ED glass is unprotected. I measured the le3ns hood diameter and picked the XL Hoodie. The delivery was very quick and the Hoodie fits like a glove! Fantastic product.......

Not used in field yet, but this is a good fit, and I am sure that it will help protect front glass, and help keep the detachable lens hood on...

Great lens protection, nice design & good quality. When buying, make sure you measure with/without the lens hood. I have bought several to fit all my lenses with & without the hood attached...
