First and foremost I would like to comment on the folks at LensCoat. Big Brown (UPS) lost my order and I am not sure if they ever found it. The people at LensCoat promptly shipped me another product before the first one was recovered. I have rarely encountered people in business today who truly care about customer service and try their best to make a bad situation (even one they are not technically responsible for) better for the consumer. These individuals are true professionals and deserve our business.

The product is exactly as described and fits the lens like a glove. All sections are form-fitted and do not slip or slide during extensive field use. The clear windows exactly align with the lens controls and while covering them continue to permit easy use of the various switches. I was surprised how well the lens blends in with the foliage where I photograph wildlife. The lens is protected from the elements and adds to the grip of the lens in humid conditions. I can honestly say there are no problems with this product and I highly recommend it to all telephoto lens users who shoot wildlife and want to blend into the background.
