Excellent product! Despite having to stretch the pieces somewhat to install them there was absolutely no damage to the material. There was not the slightest tear or rip and the material was not permanently stretched - it still fit tightly to the lens. I had no problem removing the tripod mount with a 2.5 mm Hex Wrench to install the pieces - the 4 screws come off fairly easily.

I would have liked to have seen a small hole in one piece where the" memory set button" is - it sometimes takes me a few seconds to find it. Also, it might have been nice if there were holes for the "focus operation buttons" - although I have had no problem using them when covered.

The Nikon 200-400 f/4 lens is an expensive lens. I would highly recommended this product to keep you lens in near mint condition.
