The LensCoat® 600 features a clear plastic windows over the auto focus and Image Stabilization controls, and also the distance scale. A small hole on the last segment lines up with the red dot indictor, making it easy to quickly line up your lens with camera mount even with the cover installed.

Exactly as advertised. Apart from the actual camourflage, it provides extra protection for the lens against knocks and scrapes...

I bought this item amongst 12 other items for my 600mm and 100-400mm lenses. I can throughly recommend any of the Lenscoat products.They are superb quality both in workmanship and material. Not only the quality the Lens Coat service is second to none. I ordered on line from the UK and the parcel was dispatched the next working day and was recieved within 9 days,and even had a follow up email to ask if they had been received. All in all a first class service that I would recommend to anyone.It is a pity there were not more suppliers like Lens Coat...

The quality of the materials used is exceptional. All the pieces went right on just like the instructions stated. The only piece I\'m not really happy with is the one for the rotating collar. I don\'t particularly care for having to cut it then adhere it to the collar. I understand why but I just don\'t like it. I left mine off. I never really thought camo would make the lense less conspicuous but was I ever wrong, I even find myself momentarily puzzled when locating the lens after turning away for a moment...

As a staffer at the Boston Herald newspaper my 600mm lens is a vital part of my "tool box". I needed something that would protect this expensive lens. I found that something! A perfect fit and great in the field. Had once piece where the stitching came undone but service quality was absolutely fantastic and the part was replaced instantly - service quality is everything and LensCoat are fantastic in this regard -and the products great too..
