To claim your 50% rebate on the cost of your new LensCoat 2.0. Please download and complete the form below which must be sent in along with the LensCoat that you are returning.
The returned 1.0 item must include all pieces, must be the same color and version/model as the qualifying 2.0 item ordered, and must be received by LensCoat LLC within 30 days of the 2.0 order date. LensCoat LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned items and verify eligibility before issuing any refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the qualifying 2.0 order. This form must be included in the return package. All disputes concerning eligibility, inspection, refund amount, or refund determination are to be resolved by LensCoat LLC.
