COVID-19: An update for our customers

LensCoat is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees, customer and community. We are closely following the steady stream of updates on Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact this pandemic is having. Our thoughts are first and foremost with all individuals impacted and the medical professionals dedicated to their care.

While we look out for the health and safety of our employees and family, we are also trying to navigate how to best keep serving our customers during this period. 

In response to the overwhelming need to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are taking precautionary measures to protect our team, so that we may continue to provide the same level of service and support you expect from us.

We are stillshipping directly to our customers. We have a small, but dedicated group of individuals working in our factory to prepare and ship your online orders.

LensCoat® is pleased to ship world wide via Federal Express and UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service). Most orders will be shipped within 1 business day from when placed, Monday-Friday excluding holidays. All shipping is done from our factory @ 80 Throckmorton St, Freehold, New Jersey 07728.

There are 8 or more different shipping options, put the items into the shopping cart and go to the checkout, after putting in your shipping address you will see all the different shipping options and costs BEFORE you are asked for payment so you can see what the shipping rates are for your particular area and service.

The final amount shown in your cart is in US dollars. The estimated product price does not include customs, duty fees and/or taxes. Your credit card company may charge you a conversion fee.

If for any reason you a not satisfied with our product you may return you LensCoat® for a full refund, not including shipping, within 30 days of the sale. You will need to contact LensCoat® first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions. Only items that have a RMA number will be accepted.

Custom orders may not be returned.

 

Manufactures Warranty - LensCoat® will either repair or replace any manufactures defect at our discretion within 30 days of your order. You will need to contact LensCoat® first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions. Only items that have a RMA number will be accepted.
